My new friend at work gave me a piece of aquamarine crystal. I know, I'm a total hippie.

Seamen carried Aquamarine in ancient times to promote safe travel on the water and to protect against drowning. A stone of courage, protection, and to calm fears and phobias.

Uses the Throat Chakra to enhance spiritual communication.  Work with Aquamarine to help overcome judgment of others and encourage tolerance.

Aquamarine also helps to open the intuitive mind, bringing higher frequency information in through the Third-Eye Chakra and repel dark energy.  Groovy.
