Slow ride. Take it easy.
While questing for the perfect clog style heels for spring, I cam across the, sold out,
Jeffrey Campbell 'Splendid' Woodie sandal - $115
But, because the universe is so amazing and brings me things if I am patient, I found these amazing leather and wood Nine West sandals- only $24(!) from Marti and Liz. So pumped to wear them this spring.
I already have an outfit in mind... p.s. can you believe Urban Outfitters is hawking Levis 501 cutoffs for $28 pair!!! That's highway robbery people. Get your butt down to the treasure, ahem, thrift store and get a pair for $2. Make your own fabulous cutoffs, and go as short as you dare.

Fur for Zoe
Stylist- Rachel Zoe launched her first collection for Fall 2011, and no surprise here, the fur jackets were my favorite pieces. Loveeeeee.
I just picked up an amazing vintage, light red, fox fur hoodie the other day. It's so insane that I'm pretty sure I could never wear a nude jumpsuit with it, but maybe with a LBD and lace up boots.

Cosmic Style Sister
Perused Rumi's blog, Fashion Toast all night, and wow, talk about cosmic style connection. I mean, there were outfits on there I have straight up worn, down to the shoes. She's got that tomboy/hot babe style down to a T, and I would describe her wardrobe as gypsy, biker, witch.
My $10 rabbit fur chubby. Everyone just wants to pet it.
I definitely tried these platforms on when I was at Marti and Liz last week (only $40!!),
but I think this is what Fabulous would call, "shoe-icide."
Love love love my cutoffs. Wore this outfit last week with a black fur.
Leather skinnies. Yes.
Wearing this tomorrow.
Love this leather and feather necklace. I think I feel a DIY coming on...

The forecast looks like...Southern Trash Chic
My friend Christopher Ford posted this picture of his new treasures up on Facebook. He has some pretty legendary style and despite being an L.A. boy, his closet has a heavy southern influence. Epic cowboy ankle boots!

I tip my hat to Willie Nelson
Willie Nelson is a legend of outlaw country music. A southern born rebel who has has written countless hits, Nelson has created an iconic look. I love Willie Nelson and look up to any senior citizen who rivals Snoop Doggs marijuana habit.
Here is a look I put together inspired by Willies iconic americana style. His braids are obviously much more impressive than mine.
Hat by Urban Outfitters, tankdress I made from an XL tee from the thrift store, Indian chief ring from ebay, and native american seed bead headbands wrapped as bracelets from a gift shop in Las Vegas.
Willie Nelson wrote the hauntingly beautiful, "Crazy," recorded by Patsy Cline. One of the saddest songs I've ever heard, and one of my favorites.

Crazy, I'm crazy for feeling so lonely
I'm crazy, crazy for feeling so blue
I knew you'd love me as long as you wanted
And then someday you'd leave me for somebody new
